A valid passport, Macau or Hong Kong Identity Card should be presented to the receptionist along with Hotel Room Confirmation. A deposit equivalent to the total room accommodation booked and a substantial amount (Minimum of HKD500.00) to cover for incidental charges that may be incurred will be required during registration. You can either make it in cash or have your credit card imprinted. Any remaining cash deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

Early arrivals and late departures

If your arrival is earlier than check-in time and you prefer immediate access to your room, we suggest reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, our Concierge staff will be glad to store your bags so that you can go ahead with what you have planned to do while in Macau.

Direct reservations and instant confirmations

At Grandview Hotel Macau, all reservations with instant confirmations are guaranteed which assures you of a room even if you check in past midnight. The 10% equivalent you are charged to confirm your reservation is not refundable, therefore, it is important that you check all the details of your reservation before requiring for a confirmation number. On the other hand, if your plan has been changed and that you require making an amendment, your guarantee deposit will be applied, provided that your deposit is for a future booking.

NO-SHOW Policy

In case you are not able to show up on the date of your arrival, the hotel will charge the remaining 90% of your supposed first night accommodation. Further details pertaining to this policy will be printed on your confirmation letter.

CANCELLATION Policy

Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 48 hours prior to 2:00 pm on the expected day of arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge the remaining 90% of your first night stay. Further details pertaining to this policy will be printed on your confirmation letter.

Transportation TO & FROM Hotel

A complimentary shuttle transfer to/from Macau Ferry Terminal is provided by the hotel and runs at thirty-minute interval from 08:15 until 22:15.

By taxi, ask the driver to bring you to "KWAN YEE TSAU DIM."

Public Utility Buses in Macau are very reliable and low-priced ranging from $2.80 to $6.40. To go to Grandview Hotel Macau, take "MT1" from the airport (Alight at Macau Jockey Club Bus Stop); "28A" from Macau-Hong Kong Ferry Terminal; "30" from the Macau-China Border Gate. All bus fares from the hotel to Macau cost only $4.20 per passenger. And the Grandview Bus Stop is just eight (8) meters away from the hotel's main entrance.

To go to Central Macau (San Malo) and Ruins of Saint Paul’s Cathedral (Tai Sam Pa), take a Bus #33 at Grandview Bus Stop and alight at the 2nd Bus Stop after the bridge.

To go to Macau Tower (Kun Kwong Tap), take Bus #33 and alight at the 1st Bus Stop after the bridge and at the same place take Bus #32.

To go to Fisherman’s Wharf, take the hotel shuttle bus and alight at the Macau-Hong Kong Ferry Terminal. Then enjoy a 5-minute walk until you reach the theme park.
